These terms and conditions apply to Rotten Games products and services (hereby referred to as "Services") for mobile devices and the web that are created and operated by Rotten Games (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as Ad Supported services.
By downloading, accessing, or utilizing the Services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Services (or any part thereof) or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Services into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Services are as useful and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Services or charge for our Services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated.
The Services may store and process personal data that you provide to operate certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device(s) and access to the Services. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, and may result in the Services not functioning correctly or at all.
Please note that the Services utilize third‑party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the Terms and Conditions of common third‑party service providers used across our apps:
Connectivity and charges: Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Services do not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi‑Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you use the Services outside a Wi‑Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply and you may incur charges, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device you use, it is assumed you have permission from the bill payer.
Device responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Services, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Accuracy and reliance: While we strive to keep the Services updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience from relying entirely on the functionality of the Services.
Updates and termination: The Services may be updated from time to time. Requirements for operating systems (and any additional systems we may support) may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the Services. We do not guarantee that we will always update the Services so that they are relevant to you and/or compatible with your device. We may also cease providing the Services and terminate use at any time without notice. Unless otherwise informed, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Services and (if applicable) delete them from your device.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
